Does it cost to showcase my business?

No, there is no cost to participate in the event. We welcome you to showcase your business and engage with the community.

What do I need to bring?

Since it’s a summer event, we recommend bringing a tent or canopy for shade, a table, and chairs. Don’t forget any promotional materials, hand-outs, or giveaways to share with attendees!

What is expected of me?

Please arrive early to set up so we’re ready to welcome the community. You will also be asked to help facilitate a fun game for the kids, in collaboration with another vendor or a volunteer. We’ll provide all necessary game details and materials closer to the event.

What time do I need to be there?

The community day runs from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Please arrive by 1:45 PM to ensure you have enough time to set up before the event begins.
